Find Your Off-Stage Rhythm

A programme designed especially with musicians in mind

Inner steadiness
to outer ease

For musicians who feel the music flow but find words between songs, post-gig chats, promoter talks, or self-intros trickier. Build calm focus, natural stage patter, authentic conversations, and confident presence that matches your music.

About This Programme

Build a music life that feels real, meaningful, and sustainable.

This is a programme for musicians who want to stop feeling stuck between songs and in conversations, and start building a music life that makes sense on and off stage.

You’ll explore what you actually want from your work, how your values connect to your goals, and how to move forwards in ways that feel both practical and deeply you.

Through guided practice and honest reflection, you’ll gain more confidence in your voice, your decisions, and the relationships that matter to your career.

A closing line reads: “Align your words and actions with what matters most, in a way that works for you.”

How it works

This isn’t a quick fix or a magic formula. It’s for people ready to work hard, push their edge, and step out of their comfort zone. You can expect to feel a little trepidation (in the best possible way!) as you try new ways of speaking, listening, and showing up.

Live masterclasses where you learn concrete skills for speaking and connecting.
Group scenario work and real‑time practice sessions to try things out safely.
Group clinics to discuss challenges, questions, and real‑life situations.
A structured space to work hard, step up, and push your edge.
A welcoming environment to experiment, feel a little nervous, and grow past your comfort zone.

When you’re back out in the world, you’ll have the chance to experiment, explore, and discover what works best for you, with more confidence, clarity, and connection than before.

Beyond the music

You’ve got the craft. The sound’s yours. But sometimes, what happens between songs or after the gig – working on your goals, figuring out feedback, communicating authentically and clearly – can feel harder to navigate than the music itself.

Hi, I’m Farah Egby

Farah Egby performing on stage as Efte singing into a microphone.

I help people feel steadier in themselves and clearer in how they show up off‑stage and in everyday life. I’m also a musician under the stage-name Efte, and part of the duo The Other Farah, where we also host pop-up music events.

I’ve spent many years as a coach and facilitator working with teams and organisations. It involved a lot of speaking on company stages, leading workshops, and guiding groups through complex conversations and projects. That experience sits alongside my life as a musician, so I understand both the intensity of performance and the quiet pressure of having to “say something” in front of a room full of strangers.

This programme is for people like me: musicians who want more ease, courage, and authenticity when the music ends and the conversation begins.
