Farah’s Story

HI! I’m Farah Egby, founder Tuntara Pathways.

I started it to help teams and organisations work more smoothly and collaboratively. With a background in business agility, science and facilitation, I’m passionate about using practical, evidence-based approaches to help people navigate complexity.

Above all, I believe in creating a positive, open atmosphere where teams can align, share ideas, and make meaningful progress together.

What Does Tuntara Mean?

The name “Tuntara” is a portmanteau combining Tunturi, the Finnish word for a Nordic mountain, and Tara, meaning star in Bengali.

It reflects my cultural heritage and symbolises the idea of helping you navigate complex and rugged terrain with clarity and confidence.
